Q. Is there a trial period or money-back guarantee??
A. Yes. There is a 30-day money back guarantee on all shared and reseller plans (excluding VPS) providing bandwidth usage does not exceed 20GB. However, on all dedicated plans, the one month deposit (attached in the setup fee) will be refunded upon cancellation (regardless of purchase date) providing that the account has not had any problems with payment and/or our AUP or TOS.
Q. How am I billed?
A. Invoices will be sent 3 days before the renewal date (usually first of the month) by email. Hard copies can can be sent upon request of the client. We offer Paypal and credit card billing methods. All credit cards will automatically be charged. With Paypal, you have the option of manual payment or automatic. |
